What is Chad doing this offseason?

Happened to notice the local paper here in Huntington mentioned Chad will be in town in May.

I'm sure he is taking time out for some rest and relaxation and to spend time with family. He is human.

I'm also sure, knowing the type of player Chad is and the fire he showed last season, he is still reviewing film and working out almost every day in that time off. Some QBs shine in their later years and I'm hoping Chad is one of those. He really showed more a lot more ability last year, then I ever remember with the Yets. I wish we could fit him with a bionic arm, cause he has all the other tools to be great.

Well, look at it another way. We've got another Chad with a rocket arm, that hopefully by the time his number is called he will use the tools that has made the elder Chad a success in the NFL. Having those tools matched with that rocket arm, he will most likely be a great quarterback for the Miami Dolphins for many years to come.

Chad's also working out like a monster, too. Link: http://www.miamiherald.com/sports/football/story/904662.html

Quote:

If he can improve his deep ball a bit, I'd be willing to let Henne sit for another year or even two. I can't believe I'm saying this because I hated Pennington as a Jet, but he was one of my favorite Phins last year.

If he continues to throw floaters to open receivers like he did in the playoffs, we need to look at Henne. He has the arm and we need to see if he can read defenses and execute plays like a Pro QB.

I can't wait for next season!!!!!
