TE projections
TE is a huge need and with Parcells history of drafting TE, it is likely the dolphins use a pick in the first 4 rounds of the draft on a TE
Fred Davis seemed to be the early favorite, being that he falled to the 2nd but my guess is his combine and pro day workouts will keep him in the first round, unless his height is a huge concern which for me it is
I was a big fan of both Martellus Bennett from Texas A&M and Jermichael Finley from Texas. Both are underclassmen that have backgrounds in basketball which intrests me but Im not sure about their blocking abilities but would think both will be taken in the first 4 rounds. The fact that Finley was a redshirt sophmore this year might drop his stock, but like Davis, I expect the combine and pro days to raise their stock.
Lately it seems Kentucky TE Jacob Tamme and Tennessee TE Brad Cottom are leading canidates to be the sleeper TE pick in the mid to late rounds. Don't know much about them other than what you can read in bio's but in all the TE class seems to be stocked with potential.
John Carlson is the best of the rest and the Cowboys once drafted a Notre Dame TE with Fasono so they might go that direction in the 2nd if he's available
Other possible first day selections at TE: Martin Rucker, Dustin Keller, Kellen Davis
Your thoughts on the possibilty of selecting a TE and who, please dont mention Joe Flacco
