I really believe what it is going to come down to is accuracy. Henne has shown that he can make some incredibly accurate passes and he has also shown that he can miss. He continues to make progess in his read progressions and if he can develop his accuracy a little more I think we have a franchise QB. He also needs to work some on his touch passes which is evident.

Unless Henne reaaally screws up in the final 4 games, he's a lock to be our starter again next season and as long as we have upgraded one or two WR spots, he could really prove how good he is. Who knows, maybe a healthy Pennington will add the security and be our backupo or Thigpen will remain that guy.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Management move away from Pat White all together, and bring in another pocket passer with a late pick. If Hennings is replaced, White could be the odd man out, verification that the Trifecta really wasted a #2 on the guy.

today he was overthrowing alot in second half because he just does not have full trust of his WR though they were very good today, particularly Bess.

But if we can train Henne to get rid of the ball as fast as Brady does while understanding everyones routes and using your whole group of players to march down the field, then Henne will come alive.

He is coming along fine. His Interceptions have been garbage learning curve type stuff. Even Peyton Manning had tough 20+ interception years before he became great.

Henne plays with the poise of a vet. some of his passes clearly look like those of a rookie. He'll develop the touch and finesse needed to make all the throws at this level. He already possesses the moxie you can't coach.
