He does, and well just to give a brief answer, it all depends on the CBA if no CBA is placed then the roster bonuses for 2007 will be applied on 2006, killing us in the cap and forcing us to restructure almost every single player, though if a CBA is in fact placed then with the expected cuts and restructures we will be like 20 million under the cap.
