Has the draft order for the Non-playoff teams been finalized yet?

More important question is can we find someone to make the draft pick and not blow it monumentally.

Dion Jordan, Jamar Taylor, Will Davis, Dallas Thomas.

same as every year. Just bad enough for there to be no talent...

Being mediocre is the death knell of a franchise in the NFL.

Mediocre team = mediocre draft pick = mediocre talent = mediocre team = mediocre draft pick = mediocre talent...rinse and repeat forever and ever.

This team needs a new GM and 2 or 3 solid losing years with picks in the 3-5 range before they'll ever have a chance.

Still a lot of games to be played but it is looking like anywhere from 15-19, depending on where our SOS falls. Won't be 21 or over as mentioned earlier as those slots are reserved for teams who make the playoffs.

The 49ers defined mediocre from 2005 through 2010. Then they hired Harbaugh and made a change in the front office.

The Panthers have had only one terrible season in the last 10 years. Hired Ron Rivera and a new GM.

I could go on. Bottom line is that turning a team into a winner in today's NFL doesn't require repeated seasons of drafting in the top 5. What it takes is a good-to-great head coach and excellent talent evaluators.
