Honestly, i dont see what the issue is. Statisticly Dante is playing very decent and brown played like a pro, not to mention he did better than almost any wide out on our team.

the defense didnt play all that bad jason taylor had a good game also...

little mistake are our problems hence bookers droped pass toward the end of the game.

Mcmichael has played awsome consider that he cant go out as much because he stay in to block.

I saw a lack of the full back being on the field he could have been a good blocker and the only reason we kept him over beasley was because of his blocking Right?

our secondary did the best they can...they gave up two big passes but look around the league even the best teams give up one or two big passes.

i could blame maluarky like everyone else but isnt the truth thatt when we were running that two miniute drill we were actually impressive. we bash him for running brown a few times but it was the play calling that moved us down the field at the end. I for one am sorry for bashing him and think about it intelectually at the end we were moving the ball because there were no mistakes every other drive that was shut down was because of being saked or droped balls that should have been caught. when i saw Dante throw that touch down i was like whoa.

I say use Hagan more use Wes like if he was chambers because honestly to win our games everyone has to play like wes and mix it up i think that play we used on the two point conversion would have worked in another scenario.

repeat after me Play like WES thats our medicine lol seriously im tired of crying like a baby over the spilled milk i say as passionate as Saba was at that confrence maybe we will be revived..We will anialate the patsies and begin our winning streak mark my words guys next week we will posting threads about our improvement!

oh and one more thing if we cant rely on on Td's i have no problem winning by 10 field goals lol

I really think they are missing skill/impact players in two key areas: secondary and oline. Would they be 2-2 or 3-1 right now with a few more of those skill players in the two areas I mentioned...who knows. I dont see this team practice and I dont see the film game after game so hindsight is 20/20. But just watching the games from what I can see, we are weak in two areas that you really can't afford to be below average in and maintain any kind of success.

It really starts up front with the oline though. If they're average to below average at best and protecting a QB coming off a severe knee injury, thats not good. They really don't pass block or run block all that well. Even with a bad secondary, if we could score points I think we could win games. I have no idea personally if they just aren't talented on the line or if its the scheme. All I know is Houck is supposed to be one of the best so I have some faith he can make adjustments (unless the talent is just that poor).

But with little offense and break downs in the secondary in every game.....1-3 seems about right. I think we'll get better as the year goes on, probably looking at 7 wins (and thats me being VERY optimistic).

13 and 3 here we come............:dolphins:

They definitely would be better with Allen and Bell playing a lot more. Bell is our most effective situational player and Allen's measureable are better than anyones in our secondary. Thats reason enough to put him in there.

our D-line isnt that great either. and our LB corps....we get pushed back on nearly every play and rarely get penetration.

I'm beginning to think that this whole team sucks....or that this whole team is just making too many mistakes....I haven't lost hope yet.

I think the problem is that the time in not playing with urgency, and is for some reason not insync. The team is out of whack, they just for some reason can't work together. Daunte throws a nice pass one play, then the next there is an offsides, then a holding penalty, so instead of being 1st and 10 or 2nd and 10 it is 1st and 20 or 2nd and 20 or more right when the team is ready to score. Another play receivers have single coverage but the turnstile line lets three defenders through and theres a sack. Another play the line protects decently but Daunte is holding on to the ball look for a huge play when he should throw it away or to a WR/TE/Rb running an intermediate route, and he gets sacked. Then anotherplay the ol holds up and Culpepper throws the ball to WR, and the WR drops the ball which could have been big play.

The secondary holds down WRs pretty well and plays. Then the next play the get sloppy or miscommunicate and then there's an inexcusable big play that hurt the team The linebackers and dline stop the run and get pressure for some plays. But then the next couple plays they are nowhere near the qb on blitzes giving the qb way too much time to find an open WR. This team for whatever reason is not insync,a nd they are not consistent. And that is why it's so frustrating, because they have the talent and have flashed it but there are not putting it all together. If they can they could still beat teams left on the schedule. I hope and think the team will evetually come together by midseason, but unfortunately it might be too late for any playoff hope.

I happen to detest the play calling on the offensive side.. 1 st play of the game, fake double reverse.. sack for ten yards.. OUR FREAKIN OLINE SUCKS!! Why put them in a hole like that right away? Last play of the game, a freakin HB pass to nobody! The short passing game was working, Ronnie was running fine, but you have Ronnie pass the ball on the most important play of the game, yet refuse to let him (the #2 OVERALL pick) run the ball more than 12 times??? I was very optimistic, like most, that his addition was a positive, regardless of the trash I was hearing from Bills fans..

They were right though, Mike Mularkey SUCKS ***! Here's to hoping we get someone who isn't afraid to feed the studs their bread and butter instead of their fancy fufu trick plays!

Brown might have only ran 12 times but he also caught the ball quite well everyone forgets to mention that

crappy oline and bad play calling

our avg 3rd down yardage for a first was something like 15.6 yards or something like that

but that is dauntes fault too

Man, you are the eternal optimist. Better odds of winning the powerball than the fins winning 12 straight. LOL

GO PHINS~!
