What is the status of Culpepper's case?

Didn't the judge give the prosecution until this past Monday to affirm their case?

It is six days past and no new news? Have I missed something?

Hopefully the charges will be dismissed, one less distraction.

There just racist trying to sue duante and moe williams and not the other two white guys on the boat and the judge agreed with that but i dont know anything about the verdict
