What is up with the topless girl on the quick quote...

In all the threads I go to there is a topless chic right on the bottom right of the screen beside the quick quote option, also I see part of a pic underneath the avatar area.

Its weird, I am running Firefox and it comes up, if I open a IE 6.0 browser I get the regular quote gif file. Mmmn, think I am going to keep IE shut and use Firefox. lol
