Disgruntled
Is that this team is not talented enough to compete with the better teams in the league. Legitimately compete, and win. So because of that we need to be able to disguise our weaknesses with great coaching, especially with play calling and schemes. We just did not do that today, and haven't in some of our losses this season.
I've TRIED to be lenient with Dan Henning because his play calling really has resurrected our offense. How many times has the Wildcat saved us? How many times has Henning come up with a trick play that worked, a flea flicker or reverse? Many times. But at the same time Henning has abused these exotic play calls and COST us in many crucial situations. It's a wash and now it's time for this guy to go.
Paul Pasqualoni on the other side of the ball has rarely had any success with his schemes. Clearly the biggest weakness of this team is the defense, the linebackers, the secondary, so Paul P. is kind of at a disadvantage i suppose. But he has not been able to disguise this teams weaknesses. Consistently he's dialing up the WRONG calls in key situations. I don't think we had a spy on Vince Young the entire day today, and that killed us on two third downs. I sit there screaming "what the hell are you doing!".
The coaches are not doing a good enough job of adjusting with what they HAVE, and that means that they are not good football coaches. Both of them need to go.
