If the CBA goes through, we should have plenty of cap room. With that being said I see us signing Drew Brees and an LT. How much would T.O. want and do we have enough to sign him? I know any contract he signs is going to be loaded with clauses and incentives due to his past behavior. Will he sign somewhere for less because this is his last chance? Do we have the money, regardless of whether you want him or not?

No. We simply have too many needs. Saban is wanting his type of players and probably has a long list of people he wants and what positions is most needed. WR should'nt be one of them.

TO and TY LAW are both going to want Big money contracts....... if anyone thinks that miami can sign them based on all incentives they are gonna be crazy......
we should have the room but i think saban will stick to kelly campbell.. a cheaper alternative..

Before he's signed a contract or 15 minutes after he's agreed to a deal?

TO isn't about the money, he is about team and community. He may take less to play in Miami, where he wants to take part in something bigger than himself.

He will want too damn much.... but I'm willing to listen.

Think about this though: T.O. HAS to behave with his new team. If he breaks up a 3rd straight locker room, there is NO WAY he plays again in this league at a competitive salary. The only contract offer he will ever see again if that happens is for a bag of peanuts. At some point, and I hope this already happened, T.O. will have to realize that his off the field attitude greatly counteracts his on the field ability. His off the field antics affect his salary just as greatly as his ability. If he screws around again, he is done in this league.
