Off the top of my head, there's really only a handful I'd want back:

Tannehill, Miller, Pouncey, Matthews, Wallace, Hartline, Clay, Egnew, Gibson, Keller.

Entire D Line including Shelby, Ellerbe, Misi, Patterson, Grimes, Wilson, Jones, D. Jones (special teams), Clemons (maybe), Will Davis, J. Taylor

Sturgis, Denney, Fields

Anyone I am missing? 29 total I have now. So I think almost half should be gone by next year.

Go to a 3-4 and re-sign Soliai and Grimes

DE: Odrick
NT: Soliai
DE: OPEN
OLB: Jordan, Wake and Misi
ILB: Wheeler and Ellerbe...maybe Misi could slip in here.

I think could help with limiting too much turnover.

Wheeler? He's as sure as gone I would assume.

As of this morning, I am still waiting for Wheeler and Daniel Thomas to receive pink paper. Still has not happened yet, but I am waiting...........

I'm not sure that both Starks and Soliali are retained (although it would be nice). Also, I think Keller's knee plays a big part on whether he is re-signed, so I'm not sure about that. I'd love to keep Patterson around if there were some way to ensure he is healthy, but again that's a risk and I'm not sure if he'll stick.

A lot of this depends on who comes in, remember we gave away Brandon Marshall for peanuts and tried to replace him with some loser named Legadoodoo. No, I don't think any new regime could fathom doing anything that stupid, but you never know...

Wake as a 3-4 OLB? :bobdole:

Did we not already try that? The guy is terrible in coverage, basically all time rush from his 3-4 OLB position.

Ross will probably get rid of everyone except Jonathan Martin and then give him a participation trophy.

Seriously though. Everyone released has to be replaced, so some who deserve to go, probably won't.

I'd lose no sleep if these guys were cut or not re-signed: Martin, Egnew, Jerry, Clabo, Dallas Thomas Spitler, Daniel Thomas, Carroll, Wilson, Trusnik.

Probably only keep one of Soliai and Starks. Rather keep Soliai,

On offense id keep:

Pouncey (if not in trouble)
All of the top 5 WR's
Egnew (if continues to develop), Clay, Sims
Tanny, Devlin
Miller

We have a lot of work to do on the offensive line and backfield

Some of the special teams players and younger players such as Davis and Taylor
