What qb has these tools?

Ok i said all along Jay cutler was the best qb out of the 3,then vince.


Cutler had the beautiful quick release,strong arm,and poise i told y'll about,
see those are NFL tools for a qb plus decision making and he was pretty mobile as well.

Stas dont matter at all for any player its the tools he has thatcan work in the nfl, he had 59% completion 21 td 9 int thats Ok in college.

So my question is i know of y'll like scouting and stuff so which college qb coming into the draft this year you think has the tools even though he's stats are bad or nobody really has him up high in the boards.

i think by draft time we all know that jay was going to be good and apart from the hesitation he is looking realy good his arm is amazing and he will be a great QB. Vinsanity speaks for himself...he is the QB that Vick should be- but i am really suprised that Leinhart is slowely picking up the rear like he is- i guess that because he has a terrible Oline but he played well yesterday as well....now i dont think that its possible for us to say which QB's are going to be great yet...i would say troy smith if he was at least 6-3-if he was 6-4 or 6-5 he would be the first overall with out question-brohm is still unsure about his status as is J-mar russell-but if he were to come out i would say that Jamarcus would be a prospect that i would love in a fin uniform if we didnt have Daunte
 
Kevin Kolb from Houston, big, mobile, poised and a winner. Think he would be a good 2nd or 3rd rd pickup
