With so much speculation on what will happen with the 2 coordinator jobs here in miami, and the different names mentioned I started wondering what makes a guy a "qualified" candidate beyond his association with the HC or GM.
Most common names mentioned for miami are two current position coaches David Lee & Todd Bowles now I cant and wont pretend to know why these 2 guys are the leading candidates but I have to wonder why?
Also I keep reading about Al Groh or Romeo Crennell and ask again why, other than their ties to Bill Parcells.
There must be some criteria that a team/HC/GM is looking for beyond I know him, so to my fellow finfans what is the actual criteria a team or GM is looking for when seeking an upgrade or replacement for their OC/DC job?
thanks
