What record does Henne need?

Assuming Henne starts the remaining games this year. What record do you feel he needs to have in order to not draft a QB next year?

Not concerned with a record really. He could perform well and we could still lose several games.

Judge the quarterback not the team as a whole.

Its not about wins or losses with him this year, its about how he performs and what kind of leadership qualities he shows and if he has the "it" factor everybody talks about with quarterbacks.

Assuming Henne starts the remaining games this year. What record do you feel he needs to have in order to not draft a QB next year?

For me, it isn't the record, but rather watching him make all the throws that is requires of a starting QB in the NFL. I want to make sure he can throw the deep ball but accurately. I want to see if he has the intangibles like pocket presence and is able to look off a safety and not just lock into a specific widout. Joe flacco IMO, is the perfect example of what I would love to see henne emerge into. While he may not have flacco's arm strength completely, I want a qb like that. More importantly, I want to see Henne win over the locker room. Without that "trust" of his fellow teammates, he will be nothing.
