Early in the game right after Matthews makes the catch and run for the TD. The cameras flashed to Campbell and it showed him giving props to lazor... Just that extra stuff u don't see often that makes everyone, not just players want to work for you. I love what this guy is bringing to this team

yeah I saw that live. It's that small gratitude that counts anywhere in the work place. We lulled Hou to sleep with a few bubble screens and then set them up for that.

I think the coaching staff is now as close to one another as the players are.

I just cannot fathom how much of a strangle hold Philbin had on this staff, despite the fact he didn't have control of the team - like with Bullygate and the Team essentially not responding to him. They took his personality, literally.
Imagine not only letting Philbin go, but look at the defense without Coyle, WITH THE SAME DAMN PERSONNEL. Am I the only one that finds this strange? You have two coaches that literally held the team back. I don't believe in players not trying. But the coaches put in the scheme and the prep and for 4 weeks this week plus last year they just were unprepared.
