What storylines do you think will be featured on Hard Knocks?

Here are some I think they will focus on:

  • QB Battle
  • Mr. and Mrs. Tannehill adjusting to South Florida
  • WR battle (focus on rookies vs. Pruitt / Marlon Moore / Roberto Wallace
  • Joe Philbin's transition to Head Coach
  • Vontae Davis and Sean Smith
  • 40th Anniversary of Perfect Season (expect cameos from Shula and 72 players)
  • Jim Mandich's son
 

  • QB Battle - Yep.
  • Mr. and Mrs. Tannehill adjusting to South Florida - Yep
  • WR battle (focus on rookies vs. Pruitt / Marlon Moore / Roberto Wallace - Yep
  • Joe Philbin's transition to Head Coach - Yep
  • Vontae Davis and Sean Smith Yep - I'd say predominantly vontae.
  • 40th Anniversary of Perfect Season (expect cameos from Shula and 72 players) Maybe. Doesnt really fit with the show.
  • Jim Mandich's son - Nah he was only invited to rookie minicap, not attending OTAs


Other Stuff - New System, how the players are adapting.
Nature of training camp - much more fast paced.
Richie Incognito - Have a feeling this guy might be the most entertaining player of the bunch.
How all of the other rookies are adapting to life in the nfl - will feature some form of rookie hazing.
Reggie Bush.
Celebrity Owners.
 
They will focus on how the once proud franchise has fallen.
It's sure to piss some people off when this dog and pony show backfires.
 
- New HC / Front Office Drama / Fall and Rise of Storied Franchise

- Rookie QB / 1st Round QB

- Jimmy Wilson / Murder Acquitall to NFL / Road to redemption (I think this will be a HUGE story)

- Reggie Bush / Star Power, Glitz and Glamour (and pressure) of being an A-list celebrity and football player.

- Cameron Wake / From CFL to NFL Superstar

What rise. Two months ago our very own fan base called us a laughing stock and nothing has been proven otherwise.
So you only have to draft a QB to turn everything around. That makes no sense at all.
You have to go out and prove it.
 
Hopefully Tannehill steals the show...

....and i'm not talking about his trophy wife "adjusting" to South Beach. I'm talking about in training camp.

The pressure of being under a microscope could help them cope with some of the adversity they will face during the season. At least, I hope that's the case....:nailbiter:

Outside of South Florida Reggie Bush is probably the best know Dolphin nationally and I think him and a little celeb gossip featuring our many well known owners will be good for thier ratings.
That's fine because Reggie is used to this stuff and will aviod the bad language and silly BS the Jets showed the world.
i don't know this for a fact but I would imagine Philbin will come over as very professional especially compared to that loud mouth coach of the Jets. Maybe they should resign J T as a media consultent having been though this already with New York.

and I definitely agree, we might not come off as the best team, but we are going to look like a much better team, professionally & character-wise than the Jets

HBO announced Tuesday that the Dolphins would be the newest subject of its popular reality series documenting NFL training camps. The seventh season premieres Aug. 7, with four more one-hour episodes airing on subsequent Tuesdays.

The prisoners team from the Longest Yard would come over as high character compared to the low life Jets.
 
You know that the more I think about the more fired up I get.

I take a class at Miami Dade College during that night so my DVR will be set to go. Wow! Hard Knocks: so cool.
