what team or player do you hate but respect?

Patriots, Ravens, Ray Lewis, Philip Rivers, Donovan McNabb,Peyton Manning and the Colts.
 
I have a ton of respect for the Great Hoodie, Brady, and the Pats but I definitely hate them as bitter rivals. I have a lot of respect for Rex Ryan as a coach and defensive mind but detest him as a human being. I detest the Jets, period! The same goes for the Steelers and the Ravens...I have a lot of respect for their physical, smash-mouth football but hate those S.O.B's and their ability to back up their big mouths (Ray Lewis)!

While we are on the subject, I have a lot of respect for Steve Spurrier's coaching ability - AT THE COLLEGE LEVEL - but hate that Mother F***er with a purple passion for being a disrespectful d**k head to Bobby Bowden!

it's actually been proven that they never taped the SB walkthrough. the boston herald had to issue a front page apology to the team.

some people are still outraged over spygate but they still can't get the facts straight or explain what happened after all these years
 
and the tuck rule was called against the Pats earlier that year when they played the Jets. I don't know why people act like it was made up on the spot just to help the Patriots
 
Patriots though now I hate them more because of how the media treats them. To me, some of the teams they had during their dynasty had some players that made it really easy to hate them.

Rex Ryan. Can't stand the Jets, and Rex is annoying, but I respect his results.
 
I can't believe I am seeing Michael Vicks and Rex Ryans names on here. How could you ever respect those pieces of trash. I agree with most on here that the easy answer is Tom Brady. The guy just has everything and does everything right. He is a class act, doesn't talk trash, keeps his mouth shut and wins superbowls. Everything you want from a player who I think could go down as the best QB of all time....and then of course there is the super models that he bangs. Tom Brady is Pretty much the man in every way. He should be the one on those " the most interesting man in the world commercials " haha..m gonna stop puffing Toms peter now

It was NEVER proven???? It was never proven because the facts are, the COMMISSIONER who is in tight with ol' Bobby Kraft,DESTROYED ALL THE TAPES????? WHY????? To help out and cover up their CHEATINESS!!! Thats the facts BIG VINCE!! As for the tuck rule it didn't cost the Patriots a playoff loss and finally what have the Patriots done since spygate? Absolutely nothing and I believe you guys have more talent now than your Super Cheater teams!

No disrespect to Pats fans, but you'd want to believe that it was never proven. It was proven that they circumvented the NFL fairness rules as evidenced by the fines and draft picks taken from the team and coach. Most any other NFL fan needs no further proof than that. BB was the HC during that tenure and he takes the brunt of the blame for letting it happen. Whether or not he used those tapes, whether or not they actually were taped is inconsequential. The excuse of not having the tapes (conveniently destroyed by the league which if I were the commish, I'd have done as well, it was a good move that casts doubt as to whether or not they were used by BB or anyone else) is also inconsequential. The bottom line in this is that BB and his team was caught cheating in the eyes of the NFL and the NFL fans. Naturally, NE fans are going to not believe anything wrong was done by their team. You can't fault fans for that. Afterall, we Fins fans still think we'll beat you guys and go to the SB, even tho it's unlikely to really happen....this year.
 
The Ravens, but I hate Ray Lewis and don't respect him. I respect the team as a whole.

Peyton Manning, he's a guy I love to hate, but I love to watch because he's the closest player to mimic Dan's style of QBing imo.

F the cheatriots I don't like them nor respect them. I can't wait for them to be cellar dwellers again. It will happen eventually.

Eagles fans. I hate them but respect them. I wish Dolphins fans were as hostile. Then maybe we wouldn't have 20% of our stadium filled with the other teams fans, or at least they would be less obnoxious.

Finally, lets go the other way, Dolphins fans. Love them, don't respect the locals. As a whole, they are a fairweather bunch of front runners that make our supposed home field advantage a joke.
