What teams on our schedule will not be as good as last year?

This happens every single year where teams take steps back due to injury, coaching, etc. I was just looking at the schedule:

ATL
IND
SD
BUF
NYJ
NO
NE
TB
CAR
JAC
TEN
HOU
PIT

To me the only ones that REALLY pop out are Tampa Bay and Tennessee. Tampa Bay b/c they are basically having a n entire overhaul on defense and have no definite offensive staple with a new QB. I also said Tennessee b/c losing your best defensive lineman/tackle/player will hurt both on the run and pass, but especially in the secondary where Tennessee really thrived from pass rush. Aside from these two no one really looks any worse than a year ago to me.

Your thoughts?

ATL- Better (Like us, team continues to improve)(solid d, good o) 9-12 wins
IND- Worse (Bad D and struggling, but good o) 7-11 wins
SD- Better (D has improved, o is good) 8-12 wins
BUF- Better (solid D, decent o) 7-9 wins
NYJ- Worse (good D on paper, decent offense) 5-12 wins
NO- Same (decent D, the best offense) 8-12 wins
NE- Same (decent D, great offense) 9-14 wins
TB- Worse (kinda good D, decent o) 8-12 wins
CAR- Same (good d, great o) 9-14 wins
JAC- Better (decent d, good o) 6-10 wins
TEN- Worse (good d, good o) 9-12 wins
HOU- Better (solid d, good d) 8-12 wins
PIT- Same (best d, good o) 10-15 wins

Atl,Indy,Buf,Nyj,Tb,Tenn.
That being said those are all still tough games.
NO,Car,and Pitt really stick out to me

I think you have to put the Carolina kittens on that not as good list. I live here just outside of Charlotte and this team is ready to emplode. The Peppers thing has a lot of players wishing he would leave already. The melt down in the playoffs has most believing they need to start all over. This team has hit it's ceiling and is about where I have the colts. Both are trying to hang on to yesterday and hoping for one last stand. Those types of situations rarely work out. I see both the kittens and the colts taking a step back this year. I also see Tampa as being a team that won't scare anyone this year.

Pitt is coming off a SB and unless your the pats most teams dont fair very well the year after the SB. That and the fact we play them last game of the season make me think we have a chance to get them at their worst. If they are having a good season they might not need that last game and if they had a bad season they may not care.

The falcons got more press last year than they deserved. I think they may have been a little overrated. They also lost Brookings, Wayne Gandy, Domnique Foxworth, Lawyer Milloy, and Kindall Morehead. And added TG, who might be getting a little long in the tooth. They also added Mike Peterson who is pretty good but I think they lost more than they got back. We will see but I see a 2nd year slump coming for Mr Ryan.

I think the falcons will be a lot like the Broncos last year. High power offense with below average defense. 8-8 team, but I dont think they will regess. I think like us thier record will not really refeclt the team

to be honest, i think we have a shot at winning 11 games again this year. The AFC South won't really be that strong. As previously stated, our toughest game of the season vs the steelers is week 17, and they will likely have no reason to play their starters. Hopefully, neither will we :) I think the Jets will be a train wreck and so will the bills. Patriots will not be the same team. Tom Brady will feel the pain in his planting knee everytime he throws. they may get around 9,10, or possibly even 11 wins. we'll see soon though...

A team without a proven QB is always in danger of $ucking. Not every QB is going to turn out another Flacco or Matt. Put me down for the jets.

The jets will have a shot at picking the next QB bust first overall pick in next years festivities.

I know guys dont hate me but i think we will "regress" record wise..not because we dont have the talent, but our schedule is brutal..we have a schedule that a superbowl winner should have IMO..but we will still have a solid team

Okay, I hate the Jets as much as the next guy. But they are too solid in the trenches to ever think they will have the 1st overall pick next year.

You are just making yourself look like a total fool with such a myopic and uneducated comment.

You have to look at the Colts folks.

New head coach, OC, DC. That staff has been turned over.

I know they have Manning but he seems a little confused by all the change. It will also be his first season without Tom Moore.

Week 2. In Miami. Primetime.

Huge football game for the Dolphins.

Dude, read the question! We're not on our own schedule!
Just Kidding man.

We might not win as many games as last year(I think we will) but we can certainly still win the AFC East.

I honesty don't think the patriots will be as good as last year. I know I'm the only one on the planet that thinks that but they've got alot of work to do. Even Tommy coming back causes questions and issues. If we take two from them that would be HUGE!

If the Phins might take a step back, why wouldn't Atlanta do the same? This all depends on how gets injured or other circumstances that will determine how good each team is.

Too early to tell
