I never had any doubts but to me this loss showed that Ryan Tannehill is the QB of the Miami Dolphins. There's been a ton of debate whether he's the franchise guy or not but today should've been validation he is.

Some will say a franchise QB would've driven down the field to win it at the end. I already expect that. But the strength of the team, the defense, didn't give the team a real chance. Injuries hurt on both sides but the offense had them up 28-17 entering the 4th quarter.

36 points should be enough to win a game, especially for Miami. It's a ****ing shame they reverted back to the Dolphins of yesteryear with the D ****ting the bed in a big spot.

I'm grateful for Jarvis Landry btw. He was awesome today.

Thank you, someone that has sense and doesnt just see the final score to dictate if someone played well or not.

Ryan played fantastic today, the INT was just bad luck, it happens. Pops up after hit Landry near/in the hands. We scored 36 points, on the road too, but our D couldnt be bothered to play. Ryan has grown so much this year and sold me as our QB.

I agree man. We are set at QB. We build around Tannehill - he's a franchise QB IMO. He and Landry are gonna be something special for years to come.

The game came down to the defensive coordinators i thought. Denver's DC dialed up a lot of pressure in the 2nd half relentlessly. Our's seemed to go the tentative route.

It was going to be close with or without the injuries. The disarray the injuries caused during that key drive led to missed assignments and blown coverages down the middle and along the right side line. That is what really screwed us and lost us the game, IMHO.

I agree Spurs. Tannehill has looked the part since Philbin publicly called him out.

I'd hate to be the guy that is content with a loss, but looking at the big picture, I think tannehill has proven to be the Dolphins QB for the long run. I'm fine with it.

That pass to the corner of the endzone to Wallace was beautiful.

Yeah, he scored a lot of those pts with Jason Fox and Dallas Thomas covering Ware & Vernon but dont tell that to the Tannehill haters.

just a terrible lose tho because with scoring 36 pts you would expect the #2 defense to hold something in the 2nd half.

I'm not content with the loss but the silver lining behind it should prove Tannehill is the guy. Not all will agree and that's fine.

We scored EVERY TIME we got to the redzone. I can remember the last time I wasnt concerned about the offense in a close game...
