What type of SS would Saben draft?

Ok I have heard both that Saben perfers big stong tacklers and that he like an athletic (more coverage type) SS. Last year he went and T. Jones who is more of a hitter. So in your opinion what type of SS would he like to Draft.

Seriously, I believe Saban's looking for the best OVERALL talent at S (FS or SS). I don't think he's biased one way or the other...

However, assuming, hypothetically, you have 2 prospects and one's a slightly better "hitter" and one's a slighty better "coverage" guy, then if I had to guess, I think Saban takes whoever he feels is the better "playmaker" (interceptions/forced fumbles/etc).

I think his first and foremost bias is for "playmakers"...

I agree, I think SABAN goes after playmakers and not a certain type of SS.

Correct me if I'm wrong but IN Saban's system don't both safeties have to be equal at both. I believe his system has a right safety and a left safety so the offense never knows which is going to do what. This also puts alot of pressure on all the dbs to make tackles, there isn't one big tackler or extra linebacker ready to pummel someone.
