I want to add something to that. I want a full three years to rebuild by doing it the right way. By rebuilding through the NFL Draft!!! For for the life of me, I can't understand why people go crazy over free agents? I mean, it's always: "let's sign these guys", and "let's trade for those guys", etc. Isn't that how the Dolphins landed in this mess in the first place? Because this organization always had that stupid mentality of just "one player away."
Look, I'm not against free agents or anything. Free Agency is a good thing, but if you don't have a solid foundation, which is supposed to come from the players you draft. Then all you doing when you add free agents is pretty much putting band aids on the problems, and those band aids are just temporary. Please, let's build through the Draft for a change. I mean, let's just try it. Hell, we might even like it! When the Dolphins have drafted a nice, solid, and stable foundation to build on. Then you can add the free agents. In the meantime, let's not get carried away with ridiculous free agency requests and fantasy trades that won't happen.
DRAFT, DRAFT, DRAFT, AND DRAFT!!!! Draft as many players as we can, this organization has some catching up to do!
