What were Dolphins fans reactions to Andre Johnson?

They didn't seriously root for him because of his UM affiliation, did they? Pro before College, always.

Yeah yeah yeah, sure. I'm sure he's a decent guy and gentleman :rolleyes2:

But the point is, I would NEVER root for another player of another team unless the Dolphin's playoff hopes are on the line, regardless of past affiliation.
 
Who is rooting for him? The people they showed in the stands were his family and freinds and his uncle was wearing a Dolphins jersey.
 
And Andre bought 100 tickets for those people, so that's why you saw a lot of blue in one particular section. But that's how it's always been.
 
They (including myself) were all wondering what it would be like to have a player of his caliber on our side.
 
I tell you what, I am tired of watching home grown talent come back here and kick our butts. Somehow we have to figure out how to draft one of these guys.

See, what you have is an opinion. Opinions can be shared by multiple individuals, but it isn't a given.

Many people, including myself, favor college football over professional. I'm more of an Andre Johnson fan than I am for just about every current Dolphin.
 
My reaction was. Look Andre your family is from here don't you want to play here?
