The Browns just signed Lecharles Bentley and I think to play center. Anybody know whats will happen to Jeff Faine the 1st rounder a couple of years ago. I know hes been often injured. But hes still pretty young so what trade bait? Move him to guard? Cut? Anythoughts?

Probably move him to guard, or move Bentley to guard if he is willing. Or they could just use him as depth, which they need, especially with Andruzzi breaking down.

I'd be very interested in him if he's let go of.

I was thinking either Faine or Bentley would be moved to Guard. I'm not sure how good of an idea that may be, I actually think Bentley would be better suited for Guard rather than Faine, but I would assume Center would be the bigger priority so most likely they would rather just have Bentley stay C.

Looks like they might trade him.

Bob Brookover, of the Philadelphia Inquirer, reports there is some talk the Cleveland Browns are trying to trade OC Jeff Faine. He is a three-year starter and former first-round draft pick who is just 24 years old.

That is interesting.. Wasn't Faine highly touted as the best center in the draft?
