I think the better, more relative question is what are all you AJ lovers gonna do when Brock and Sage beats out AJ, and he is cut. Don't worry about all those AJ haters. They will be OK when the season starts and Gus is the starter.

When feeley plays well for us. keep in mind he does not have to play to a probowl level for us to be successful. im just wondering what all you haters are going to do then, are we still going to see all the feeley sucks posts and blurbs in peoples sigs and such...we gotta get over marino, like pitino once said " bird mchale and parrish arent walking throw that door folks" danny boy unfortuntely isnt walking thru the door anytime soon, so lets supports the guy we have

The haters will prob be just like the lovers. They will stick to thier opinions on him. So far he hasnt done enough to love or hate IMO.

i think AJ will play well this year, he has better coaches and a overall better team then last year. And for the record, the last few games he played relatively well, aside from the usaual throw a TD for the other team(that had to be a record right? i mean, wow)

and most importantly, AJ does not need to be a pro bowler, we have great WRs who can catch and hopefully the best rookie running back in the draft, he can be mediocre with that support..

I mean when we had ricky we won games with Jay fiedler, and even though ricky was probably more productive then RB will be this year, AJ>fiedler :) so it all works out

F that. im not a fan cause I think a player sucks? Gimme a F'in break. Aj is trash. Im just as much of a fan as anyone; I want whats best for the team. IMO its AJ on the bench. If Im wrong ill come out and say im wrong. Hell Id love to be wrong on this; we have a 2nd rd pick invested in it after all. But based on what Ive seen last year and in Philly Aj is nothing more then another Fiedler only without the mobility and whatever little pocket awareness Jay had so Im not going to support F'in crappy qb's. :fire: :fire: :fire:

Im not expecting another Marino but competant qb's would be a start and at least gus has shown he can understand and excel in Linehan's offense.

Id rather live with the refrences to Frerotte banging his head against the wall then having a starting qb that threw a half dozen INTs to LB's last year and a half dozen pick 6's. And thats in limited time. Im sure our opponents are salivating at the thought of what Feeley can do for them over the course of a full year. :eek:

I think one thing is certain: after this year, it will be pretty clear whether the "haters" or lovers" are right. Unless Gus lights it up in the preseason and Feeley looks like unquestionable trash, AJ will have the starting job at the start of the season. Then we will see if experience, better coaching and a more cohesive line makes him into a quarterback on whom we can rely.

It's probably going to come down to drafting a new QB after this season. Saban couldn't do everything this time around, but he is on the right track. He came into a pretty rough situation. I think the most important thing for the fins right now isn't winning in '05, rather building a strong foundation for the near future.

I liken him to a damon huard or Tim hasselback. Butt, then on the flip side its good to know that if a no talent hack like me ever got to play QB for the phinz I d have guys like u who would cheer for Me/anyone in the uni. and I respect that, I do. Dude, I'm sorry, if you'd rather have a player screw up so you can say "I told you so", rather than have that player be productive to help us win, then you're not a Miami Dolphins fan. Read what I wrote and think about it.
