What will the FINS record be in 2005

I just cannot see us getting swept by any of our division rivals this season. The way our stadium is going to be going crazy this season I would like to see Buffalo try to come in here and win a game against us. I could even see us sweeping Buffalo. Lets face it Bills fans, Losman may be your future but it is going to take time and the Miami Defense is never a good experiance for rookie or developing quarterbacks. I am not saying it is going to happen, just saying I could see it. I will go as far as to say that we will be undefeated at home throughout september and october

My official prediction, 10-6. We will be fighting it out with New England for second in the division and a wild card
1. There is no way you win 10 games
2. There is NO way you sweep us
3. I wouldn't be surprised if WE swept YOU

1. Your right. We will win at least 11.
2. We both have what amounts to rookie QBs if AJ starts, so I'm not gonna break out the brooms either way. I see a split.
3. I see the Bills being contenders for the division title. But sweeping any of the division opponents in the east is going to be hard. In truth, I wouldnt be shocked to see the winner of the division finish 9-7 or 10-6. Remember, all four AFC East teams are in the top 5 toughest schedules in the entire NFL. So 9-10 wins could win the division.

I dont think Fins lost to Denver. Fins will beat Denver in last second FG by Mare going to kicking GW FG 40 yards beat Denver 20 to 17

Pretty tough schedule, 8 to 10 wins...we got the talent, the coaches and if we can stay healthy, we can win games.

Bills 10-6

NEP 10-6

Fins 9-7

Jets 8-8

I change my mind every time one of these threads come around :)

There is no way that the bills go 10-6:shakeno: they will probly go 6-10 Losman is going to strugle this year. The Jets will probly be 10-6 so yes Bills you will finish last

Indoor teams are purse swingers. No way we loose to Atlanta. 10-6 or 11-5.

I don't know if I believe that, but I sure do like it ! :goof:

on other comments about the schedule;

Ya know, what's the big deal with our schedule ? It's no different than any other year, if we can't win in our division we don't dance, when we improve and DO win in our division the rest won't matter, no one will stop us.
If the other teams in our division didn't play us THEY would have tougher schedules and how tough would it be if Indy was still in our division ? the indoor team comment made me think of them, I forget now and again they were in it with us for a long time.

I think 7-9. Obviously, anything can happen in the NFL and the Dolphins have a lot of young players on offense who could improve dramatically. Still, there are so many question marks, coupled with a tough division and brutal schedule. Honestly, another somewhat down year might not be so bad. That's the way most teams are able to build and draft some elite players. I don't think 4-12 will happen, but sub-500 seems realistic.

I agree. Fins beating the Pats last year is a perfect example.

6-10

I know people are excited about Linehan and Houck, and they should be after last seasons coaches, I just think it's going to take time for the coaches to implement their systems and have the players gel. It always does.

I also have to disagree with the original post that said the defense is always strong. I know the D had some injuries last year, but 140+ rushing ypg is just bad. I don't think Chester was ever great and even with his return, there have to be concerns over his knee and conditioning. I don't think of Traylor as much of an addition or upgrade either. The secondary is also looking the weakest that I can remember.
