What would have happened if the Colts played to win 4 weeks ago against the Jets instead of pulling their starters? The Jets were on the brink of defeat. Probably no playoffs. Then, if I recall correctly, didn't the Colts keep in their 2 receivers so that they could have 1,000 yards each? But yet they allowed the Jets to win and get so confident that they may end up in the Dolphins' own locker room for the Super Bowl?

I know we can't change the past but that game is why the Jets completely changed their attitude and why they are where they are and why the Dolphins are where they are right now.

I hope Nolan can change their attitude.

Would appreciate thoughts / construction criticism.

the texans would have made the playoffs, instead of the jets, which would have the bengals/texans game interesting, pretty sure the texans would have won, and set up a matchup colts/texans, which the colts could probably lose

If you have listened to the NYJ's coach all year they certainly didn't need anyone else to help them with confidence!

Or if Indy kept their starters in they end up losing anyways and Peyton gets hurt for the rest of the season. We can't predict what would have happened, it is what it is. The Jet's got some help that wouldn't have mattered if we would have taken care of buisness and nobody then would have said a word about Indy/Cinci laying down for them.

You point out two things that haven't ever happened (starters losing this year and Manning ever missing a game to injury) as if they were just as likely outcomes as what happened.

It would be hilarious for the dolts to lose to the team they let into the playoffs, if it weren't the ****ing jests. Therefore, I am a dolts fan today, and a Saints (preferrably) or vikes (childress has always been a douche) fan on Super Bowl sunday.

The Colts knew that by resting Peyton and their starters that they would end up playing the Jets in the AFC Championship....a team they can beat close to 100% of the time if they play all their starters. Brilliant move. :chuckle:

All you guys who are sweating out the Jets winning the SB or even getting to it need to relax. Do you want P. Manning or Dirty Sanchez in a big game.....Easy question. No way the Jets win this one.
