What Would Make You Stop Being A Phan?

This was a question posed on M&M for fans in general, and I'm changing it to Dolphins fans only. Although there may be a few serious answers, this is mostly for a bit of fun to break up the "Summertime Blues." For example.

If Ross fired Philbin, Hickey and Tannenbaum, and re-hired Ireland and Sparano.
 
The only thing that would ever stop me from being a fan, is if the team left Miami and relocated.
 
if michael vick played for them, would never want that scum dog killer anywhere near this team.
 
Trade Tannehill for Andy Dalton. I'd put my fandom on hold, lol.

if they ever moved from Miami.... (and I live in NJ.. lol)
 
if there is a miami dolphins franchise, they will have a fan in me
 
I've thought about this also.. so let's say the dolphins move to L.A., maybe win a super bowl but they are not called the dolphins anymore.. then in a few years, a new team is established in Miami with the dolphin name. the original dolphin team is in la and the current one is in Miami, I'd be all confused who to root for. this sort of happened in Baltimore when the colts left but didn't the Cleveland browns become the batimore Ravens???
 
I would say if they left Florida.....When I became a Dolphins fan in 1970....they were Florida's NFL team....and I've always viewed them that way.

Even when Tampa got the Buccaneers...which is closer to me geographically....I stayed diehard Dolphin.

One other thing could make me lose interest....if they turn the league into flag football...I think I would lose interest.

I could also lose interest if they don't do something about cheating organizations like the Patriots.....there should a higher level of integrity and honor that than the NFL has displayed in the last 10 years.....Spygate....false injury reports.....Deflategate....fake crowd noise.....etc etc etc

At some point....like has happened to other sports...you lose interest if its not respectable.

And what does it teach the children....cheat to get what you want?
