What would the Dolphins need to do this offseason to win you over again?

Ross funds the development of a time machine, and he brings back Marino in his prime.

The Dolphins lost a lot of fan support with their moves so far today. What would they need to do to get it back?

Trade a 5th round pick in 2014 to the bears for Brandon Marshall Devin Hester, and Johnny Knox. Then I would be open to watching the rest of the offseason. Otherwise, this is a sinking ships, no a SUNKEN ship.

Dolphins don't have to do jack to win me over. I'm a Dolphin fan through thick and thin, I've been here since '72 and I'll be here till I die. I may not like everything they do, and I haven't since the day they hired Dave Wannstedt, but I'm sticking with them no matter what. That's what being a fan is to me.

I am referring more to this current regime, than the historical franchise as a whole. I know we will all continue to be Dolphin fans, but I am saying what will they have to do to restore our faith in the current organization.

Don't need to win me over im a dolphin fan, always will be.

Simple find an elite franchise QB, a legitimate #1 WR to replace the one we just gave away, find a legitimate #2 WR or elite TE because we have neither, fix the oline, and acquire some more secondary help. Anything short of that and this regime will gain no support from me and I'll count the days until Ireland is gone far far far away.

Get a QB, RT, a dude like Richard Marshall, and make some smart draft picks, not "let's be cute" ones.

Faith in the GM? I'll probably never have it in him. I think he's inept, and relies on antiquated philosophies and models. Can't stand him or what he believes in.

Faith in the owner? Him to show some signs of 'getting it' and move out of the limelight and let the people he hired perform the positions he hired them to do.

Faith in the Coach? Give an honest assessment of the QB's out there and land the one he wants most, where possible.

Let me pit it this way, if we do not sign Manning and pull a rabbit out of our helmets, This Philbin guy wont be here much longer either.

I bet the Jets, Patriots & Bills are all rubbing their hands right now, with delight.

I just wonder when will it all stop with this organization?

Since the year 1999 its one thing after the other.
