This is embarrassing. Moves from the Ross, the HC, and the FO have turned us into the laughing stock of the NFL. This team has no direction.
 
I voted for letting the season play out. Most of our questions will then be answered and we will have a clearer idea of what to do with the coaching staff, Henne and the rest of the losers on this team.
 
I bet Ross will play it fair and wait till mid-season. At which point, if there is a poor record (perhaps below .350), he replaces Sparano with Nolan as interim coach.

By the way Nolan's defense is executing in a lackluster way, I believe Nolan is very subtly accelerating this scenario. At some point, as a former head coach, he will want a redeeming opportunity as a head coach again one day.
 
Fire him now for what? More negative press . . . let Tony keep chugging along. Then you fire him, Ireland and whoever else if the changes don't happen.
 
I vote for letting Tony Sparano fist pump us into range of a top quarterback prospect. And then thank him by showing him the door.
 
Let it play out, next week is a must win and this team plays well on the road......this schedule could prove to be just what we needed....5 straight road games to get back in this thing.......5-2 or 4-3 and this team will have some confidence playing at home again....
 
Let the season play out and allow us to get a good indication of what we really lack. I think Ross really screwed up this season when he tried to replace Sparano behind his back. That sets the tone for an organization that really doesn't care for its personnel.
 
Let it play out and fire Sparano at season's end. After all of Ross' crappy moves, it is about time he handle something with some class. This needs to be done with class if we are to land a respectable HC.
 
i don't think Nolan is worthy to be a head coach either
so i went with just wait till the end of the season
It really wont make much of a difference now 2 games behind everyone in the division..
The homers will say tony was done 0-2 before and came back and won the division
so he deserves at least mid season to to turn around this cluster ****..
 
Let him finish. What is gonna be done now by brining in a new coach? Nothing. He will be here till the end of the season and like i said in another post if we arent 10+ wins and in the playoffs he is gone then.
I say bring in Cohwer or Chucky.
 
I want to see the back of Ireland ASAP. We need to make sure we make no more short-term knee-jerk moves, need to keep next year's draft picks, and have the guy overseeing next year's draft in place now. We need to be looking at Sparano's replacement but I don't see the point in pulling the trigger on him till the end of the season

Can't agree more. I would love to have Cowher or Gruden.

Btw, is that auto of Wake on the card you made real? It's a nice card. It'd be even nicer if the auto was real.
