the Lions won't give him up for any less than a 5th, thats the only hold up. Miami has a contract ready that Harrington has already agreed to but the Lions have to give in to taking only a 6th or 7th and they will before August

I think a conditional pick next year would be fair for both teams. If not, then Detroit shouldn't get anything more than a 6th rounder. But I'd be happy giving them a dead fish for Harrington.
