Lance Briggs seems to be pretty serious about getting out of Chicago. Im wondering what you all would be willing to give up for him.

Not much. we need a 3-4 pass rushing OLB. Briggs is not that!

yea, obviously my first choice would be Joey Porter. but i dont think you would have to give up too much to get Briggs from chicago since he is making such a big deal saying he wont play another down for the organization.. i think that we might even be able to swing him for a 3rd. or a 4th and that extra sixth or seventh that we have.

i want joey porter if not then go after napoleon harris..lets not trade draft picks for players

realistically i would give a second for lance briggs... hes still very young 27 i think... and i remember hearing rumors that he wanted to come to the dolphins this offseason because i believe he is from FL or the Dolphins were his fav team... something like that...

I seen Briggs play a lot cause I am from Ill. He is not a great fit for a style of D-fence. Plus his #'s are overrated cause of playing next to Urlachur and the cover 2 d-fence funnels plays to him so he gets more tackles.

i agree with what you say because i am from IL also and see a lot of bears games, but Briggs is a great athlete and very young only goin in to his 4th year. i think he still has the ability to adapt to a diff. style of defense if necessary and be successful.. i guess he is a little small tho 6-1 ,240

i would like Nap. Harris too. it would be a solid upgrade over spragan and newman.

Nothing! Rather sign like Joey Porter or Lavar Arrington then trade any picks to the Bears.

I agree 100%. I rather not waste any picks and try and pick up one of these two linebackers. (1) Joey Porter (2) LaVar Arrington. They both would be huge upgrades.

the pats second and our 3rd or 4th.....thats if we dont get porter

i want porter more than anything, but if briggs is available, i dont know why we didnt try to put something together involving mcmike. i hear they are looking for a tight end, and we are going to cut ours for nothing.

again i want porter in the worst way, but i think if we did want briggs we shouldtry to work out a deal involving randy

Nothing the Bears would want for a franchise player. Hope that helps.
