What would your draft "theme" be ?

Say you're the GM of the you know what team that haven't been to the playoffs in 6 yrs. You have one year, one chance to build or perhaps rebuild the team. Put aside the needs for second, what too words would describe your draft "theme''? In other words, what 2 words would describe the mode you build your team. Mine would be "FAST AND PHYSICAL". I know its a cliché but am sick of the team getting bullied ie OLINE. AND IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAN WE GETSOME SPEED IN THE BACK FIELD, MAYBE ANOTHER DEEP THREATALSO.
 
Pretty close to what the front office is saying...physical, tough and smart. I think that's a good way to go. Looking back at the best Dolphin teams ever they had that.
 
Getting some push with the offensive line. A rb and some guards would really help slow down the rush.
 
Litterally the only chance this franchise has of making the playoffs this year is tannehill budding into elite status. The only way that is happening is if you get him people who can freaking block. Jarhi Evans is still available, Slauson is up for trade. Give Tannehill a damn chance

Better use of the running game, draw plays and screens will also help the o-line look a lot better this season, not to mention having a system that allows the qb to audible out of a bad match-up.
 
BPA (within reason - i'm not talking QB here) and stick to your board. Minimize injury and off the field risks unless it's great value. Do you account for need? Sure. But you have your true rating and then a weighted formula based on rating/need/position/etc. which you use to separate guys that are close.

I want winners, leaders....guys that work hard year round. I'm tired of locker room drama with this franchise.
 
Good question Fisi. I would seek value, not fall in love with any particular player and listen to the medical experts.

does not being to the playoffs in 7 years change the theme lol
 
Id just stick to the board and let the best qualified people make the decisions - probably the ticket sales team
 
Take the Blue Chipper unless you have a hof player in his prime.
