They won the game because they knew all our audibles and picked off Marino in crunch time? Someone from the Dolphins (Keith Byars?) had just signed with New England and gave them all Marino's checkoffs and they beat us.

Im looking for what year it was and who the player was, Im trying to argue with a Pats fan complaining about us using the game film with sound.

Yup, I believe it was 14-12 or something like that. Then we got beat pretty soundly by them in the playoffs, like 20-3.

Todd Collins, a Pats LB, was yelling slant and motioning his arm for a quick slant. Marino threw the quick slant and Collins jumped it and returned it for a score. I think Jimmy fired Gary Stevens (OC) on the plane ride back to Miami.

I also remember Byars recovering a fumble late in the game and holding the ball aloft for Jimmy to see.

Im still mad about the game where we had to beat NE to make the playoffs and Olindo kicked the ball out of bounds to give them great field position. Ive disliked the guy ever since.

ya well... the offense/stevens/jimmy Johnson were stupid for not realizing one of their players could/would give up their audibles. Especially since the guy was released or whatever else happened. I don't blame Danny because he's preparing for the game. The coaches are responsible for things outside the team.
