Someone here posted a pic from practice the other day. They actually posted about 200+ pics. Bell was in one of them and it was a solid shot of his triceps. Some of the personal trainers and I at the gym today were talking about how ripped that dude is. Him and Takeo Spikes because one of the trainers at the gym is a dead ringer for Spikes. Build and all.

 Yea I saw that pic man, and it was ridiculous. I just thought it was a funny picture. It is crazy though how those dudes are supposed to be "old"

I think he had a bad case of the freak injury bug (aka ronnie brown) and is a pretty good player. Not elite speed, but elite tackling ability. Decent ball skills but I remember him getting murdered by Keller on MNF. Recently in the past couple of seasons he has been able to make some plays on the ball, rather it be timely bat downs or nice interceptions.

Everyone calling for Clemons' head for Rashad Jones but his one question is that burner speed to cover the field. I see no reason why Jones can't be the backup for both and when Bell is gone, probably soon, he can take over SS. Leaving Clemons and Jones as one of the best Safety cores in the league, and being extremely young, especially for a safety.

What's with all the muscle talk? I hope that's the only unmanly thing you guys have done all day.....Start a new workout thread if you need.

Anyway, any person who does not think his play speaks for itself is not watching the games. Bell leads the teams in tackles every year and when he hits someone they don't get right back up.....they try to figure out where they are, and then get back up. Saw a couple people say he isn't really a "ball hawk"........??? When you lead your team in tackles every year, that is giving the definition of ball hawk!!

He's a good solid player but he should've been use as trade bait. I would think he would have vaule in a trade at lease for a 3rd or 4th round pick.
