he went to the playoffs with the Cowboy's 2 season's ago under Parcell's

then he was cut by the Jets (am i right?)

so what, he's just sitting at home now waiting for team's to call him?

i am NOT interested in signing the guy

i was just thinking about the Jets and all their QB problems and remembered that they picked up Carter for the 2004 season

but that's the last i ever heard of the guy

Well, he just isnt any good. The Jests lost their 1st and 2nd stringers, and then brought in a 103 year old named Vinny. Quincy also got into trouble for smoking the blunt while in Dallas.

Yep...drugs and sports don't mix...another career ruined by drugs. :shakeno:

He wasn't bad quarterback. He just had drug problems. If Saban brought back Ricky I could see him bringing Quincy in. I forgot all about him tho. Saban probably did too.

It wasn't the blunt. It was coke.

Radio Talk Show

He called in to the sports radio show here in Dallas last month to try to "talk to his fans"
He kept dodging questions about his drug use and that he didnt need to go to rehab, just did it to get into the Jets.
The radio guys asked him "Alright one more time, have you ever used coke?"
He said, " Im just calling to reach out to my fans in Dallas"
And of course the guys made him aware that he no longer has any.
You could tell the guys was brain fried. He sounded very unintelligent. That is not the QB I would want at all.
Anyone think Rohan Davey is worth hunting down as a backup behind Sage. I still dont know anything about Lemon, so I would like to have 3 possible options for next year rather than one guy who is for sure a back-up.

I once saw him interview and I too wasn't impressed. IMO, he sounds like someone who isn't ready to quit and return to the NFL.
