What's a forum linebacker??

I noticed under awards that there is something called forum linebacker. What is it? How do you get it? Do you have to be a mod?

"forum linebacker" is another way of saying that I am a moderator. My character, TerryTate, was an Office Linebacker...which is how the "forum linebacker" thing came about. It's my own little title that has been around for a few years. :terrytate:
