Whats going down with Harrington?

I think lost in this Ricky crap is the fact that we NEED to get our backup QB because we still don't know if Cukpepper will be able to go Week 1. So does anyone know whats going on with Harrington? Should we expect to have him by draft day or on draft day or is Detroit content on dragging this out as long as possible?
