Whats Jim Bates Coaching Style?

What changes coaching wise and game plan wise will we see now that Bates is interim HC?

He just said he's going to attack the job, sounds like an in your face kind of guy.

I'm hoping he plays to this teams strengths, the WR's.

Also, he says bluntly: This season is over. It's time evaluate all postions on the roster.
