- Tannehill is rusty: Some of you will just say that he sucks, but this isnt the same guy we saw last time he played back in 2016. I hope he shakes it off and gets back to form. Also despite the nice day running the ball from Tannehill he looked slower than what I'm used to seeing.
- McDonald sucks: He had a nice int in this game, but other than that hes been pretty terrible in the first two games. Bad angles, lost in coverage, piss poor tackling etc. He looks like our weakest link as a starter.
- The DL is legit: The DT's are making us say Suh who? They're stuffing the run, pushing the pocket, breaking off blocks to make plays etc. We really couldn't ask for more from them so far. Wake and Quinn are getting after the QB, and Quinn has been excellent vs the run.
- Minkah is going to be a great player: The guy has it all, I dont really need to say much here except hes as advertised. I still think he should be playing FS though!
- Our offense isnt going to change: All this talk about how Gase was saving something, and people speculating that Gesicki was some sort of secret weapon that would be revealed once the season started was a bunch of BS. Now with all of that being said if Tannehill returns to that 2016 form we are good to go because there are plenty of playmakers on this offense.
Our wr's struggle to seperate: Ok, ok... I'm not 100% sure on this one. It does seem that way to me watching the game and a friend of mine who was at game 1 said the same thing but really how can that be? I mean we have guys who can flat out fly, and I see lesser wrs running free down the field... hell amendola seemed to get great separation in new England so is it just a scheme thing?
