Morris had a career long run and popped off a few other good gains last week. But this is not the type of back we want in our backfield starting against the Jags after they will have had a week to prepare. Not saying Morris is terrible. But he leaves alot to be desired. Another obvious concern is that he puts the ball on the ground alot.

Morris seemed to be hitting the holes much better than Ronnie, I am curious to see what he brings to the table against the Jags just to get a comparison of a more explosive runner versus Ronnie's dancing style. His fumbles have been a problem but he has not seen much gametime at all, I think with 10 days to prepare his fumbles will be kept to a minimum and I think we should be fine against the Jags.

he has a screw in his second metacarpal, with an electonic bone stim used at night while sleeping, could heal in one to two weeks, the soft tissue is the big problem if he has ligament damage could be longer

Ronnie could play this week and will definitly play against NE and we will need him then.

doubt he has any ligament issues in there. obviously i dont have any more info than the rest of you and im not a doctor, but ive been thru many many injuries, couple of broken hands as well. hopefully he is back but i dont expect him to play this week or next

No he doesn't. Based on this year, Ronnie fumbles once every 67 carries. Sammy fumbles once every 9 carries.

Well the injury only takes football players out for about 10 days on average. He didn't get his metacarpal demolilated.

Oh I'm sorry. Stats don't mean anything. What was I thinking? If you don't care about stats, then why ask how many carries Sammy has?

to prove a point... i guess i should simplify this for you.. if you take a test that has 100 questions and you miss 5.. you made a 95%... if you take a test with 10 qusetions and you miss 5 you made a 50%... Ronnie get's way more carries than Sammy.
