Gus is the starter! Sage played awesome and probably saved the game. Saban wants to stay with his starter with what he has seen all season. He thinks Gus gives the best chance to win obviously. Sage must be inconsistant, or got real lucky.

I still think our offense runs better with Gus playing. I wouldn't mind Sage getting a shot to start against SD, but I saw this coming. He got his shot to take over in Cleveland and couldn't have played worse. NOTHING should be taken away from his effort in the comeback yesterday, but I think it was more for the fact that Buffalo had no chance of knowing what to expect from him and they got caught off guard. If SD has a week to prepare for Sage, it'd probably be a different story than you all imagine.

New englands schedule

Buffalo, and Tampa, 2 games I expect them to lose, then they come play us

my opinion if we win out were in the playoffs

Maybe Saban feels that Sage can come off the bench if needed(probably will be needed..lol)and spark the team again.Keep on mind that the bills got ready for Gus and not for Sage.....if SD gets ready for Sage he might not have that kind of game again.I trust Saban and what I want is to see Manny play 20 to 25 snaps!!
