Whats the problem with the miami dolphins right now?

What is the problem with this team right now? il tell you what is the problem, tony sparano. As much as i like the guy as a human being, i cannot support him as a head coach any longer. I am sorry but i just cant do it, he might be a decent o-line coach but a good head coach he is not folks. Lets look at the facts,
the players dont believe in tony nomore.
the fans dont belive in tony nomore.
Does ireland even believe in this guy anymore?

We got 12 many on the field penalties in both the patriots and texans game. What does this tell me??
It tells me that sparano is a bad head coach, this penalty should not be happening, holding penalties happen, pass interference penalties happen, unsportsmanship penalties happen, but 12 man on the field should rarely happen, especially in your first 2 games of the season.... but it has happen in both our first 2 games and that should alone tell ross he needs to take action.

We have no identity on offense after training camp? we still dont know what we want to do with this offense. we still dont know whether we want to be a running attack offense or we want to be a pass first offense. This is why we have so many issues on this team, john gruden or bill cowher would never have put the dolphins in this situation, u pick your teams identity and you stick with it, reguardless if you suck or not, next year you will fix it with a better draft pick and so on...

agree with pretty much everything you said. we basically have a coach who can not coach at the nfl level, we have a non motivated team , which seems to have given up on sparano, and its time for a change now.

i guarantee, that with a change now, although wins/losses cant be guaranteed, the intensity of play from our players would change a whole lot.
 
This team has no identity right now. Sparano summed it up perfectly when he said "I have no answers ..."

He needs to be fired ASAP!

no answers bro.... the bad head coach has no answers, who would have thought?
 
Well, I have defended Sparano for years now lol!!

I don't think he is the problem, but it is becoming obvious he isn't the answer. I wouldn't do it right now, but I am starting to expect a new HC next season. The only way I am willing to change HC'S is when we are mathematically out of the playoff race. At that point, you can fire him and promote Nolan to see what he has.

Bring in Pennington as HC. I will tell you what, who knows if he can coach, but one thing is for sure. The team played and loved that guy LOL
 
Coaching is the biggest problem. Sparano doesnt adjust anything he just reacts when he has no other choice. Just be glad Henning retired.

i know everyone wants to blame the coach, but these kind of problems have been going on for long time! it starts with ownership, from ross to huizenga, also i blame the current and all previous gm's for this mess, too many impact players missed o, too many blown draft picks, and most important no franchise qb! it starts at the top!
