whats up with fred gibson i mean this kid is supposed to be really good i mean he has good size 6'4 and has good hands. pitt took him as a 3rd draft pick or something rite why can't he crack the lineup?????:confused:
 
I think I read he didn't pick up the system well with his old team and thats why they cut him. He has talent though, so it might be interesting to see what he can do in camp and pre-season.
 
Hopefully he has a good training camp from what I here about his talent.

You know, when you think of it... Since Fred Gibson is entering his second year, it's as if we received two fourth round draft picks last year.

Yep, I wonder why the Steelers let him go. Was he injured?
 
I believe he was a 5th round pick. Even if he makes no impact, he is essentially just another draft pick from the 2005 draft. Good football move, but I also heard he is a puss.
