Whats wrong with this defense?

Threads about our defense are always amusing... it's like we don't watch the same games. I have to stop myself short of questioning your ability to understand the game...

Our defense has been noticeably bad twice this season - against the Saints, and against the Steelers.

Every single other time our defense has been good enough to excellent throughout the games. This game was no different.

In the first half we even had a drive start in Buffalo territory and we got a 3 and out. We were in the 4th quarter and our D had still only given up 10 points even though our offense wasn't able to sustain even ONE drive.


There should be zero thread talking about "what's wrong with our defense??" when we've had solid to excellent play 13 out of 15 games.

Score some ****ing points, sustain a ****ing drive, get a ****ing clue.

Couldn't get themselves off the field, either, though. And they had chances. The Wheeler penalty just was one big mess-up.

Do you not understand what happens when your defense is on the field the entire game because the offense has only gotten 50 ****ing yards?

The Miami defense only gave up 21 points to the Steelers (you can't blame a Tannehill pick 6 on the Miami defense).

Which games has this defense been excellent with the exception of the game against the Jets, who, like the Bills, aren't very good offensively? It'd be fair to say they've have good quarters, halves and series, but they really haven't turned in excellent games.

What in Ireland's past makes you think that he's cheap? What the ****? All I've seen from him year after year is dropping big money on FAs.
 
The defense was fine. The complete ineptitude was on the oline and the RBs
