what's wrong?

one day the picture in my signature is showing, the next it's gone. this has been going on since i joined vip.
nobody else is having this problem, all their sigs are there.
then my vip badge disappeared. wtf?

I dont know why the VIP badges have been turned off.I will try to find out.

Regarding your other problem you need to select Show Enhanced (WYSIWYG) Editor Toolbar in Message interface editor in your USER CP.
