What's your favorite Miami Dolphin Memory?

The Monday night Philly game in the early 80's ( or maybe late 70's) when the fans affected Jaws so badly he had to take all three timeouts in the second have in one drive at the beginning of the 3rd quarter...they even stopped the game and threatened a penalty against the Fins...What a blast being at that game was. I was in the military from 72-74 and couldn't be with those teams. Also, the OT playoff game against San Diego was a great game to be at...

There is just to many. The Marino fake spike was one, since I was at the game. The Bears Monday night game is another. Even though we lost the chargers ot game was a thriller. Hopefully the next one will be the fins in the Super Bowl.

The Dolphins capping off the perfect season with a SB win and the team carrying off Shula on their shoulders.

fake spike , bears monday night ,pats monday night, shulas 325th win ,thanksgiving day,,,,,,to dang many

Fake spike. Me and my dad were going crazy. Second maybe our victory over the pats this last season, just cause it was so unexpected.

Another great one was the Chargers classic playoff game where we were behind 24-0 just before the half when in desperation to get something going we tried a hook and lateral to Nat Moore who scored. The game went into double overtime before we lost on a missed FG.
It wasn`t Nat Moore who scored, it was Tony Nathan.
Favorite memory easily was SB 8, I was only 8, but I remember it. Zonk and the entire O line were incredible that day. Also loved the `94 opener against NE, when Dan returned from the Achilles to outduel Bledsoe....5 TDs and the cover of SI! Finally, the `84 AFC championship when we routed Pittsburgh 45-28 to go to the SB, Marino and the Marks Bros went off that day.

Oh man after Elam nailed that what, 56 yarder to put them ahead, I was near cryin.

Then Mare nailed that 53 yarder and was all "HAHA ELAM, WE WIN."

And Chambers and Jay were all. "Owwww, we'll be back in a few games."

And the Dolphins playoff hopes were sunk in the hands of Ray "Turnover" Lucas.

I remember that .. that was unreal.. what a kick... i was accually okay with ray coming in then like u said he screwed us..

one of my favorites was when feidler ran it in against the raiders.. that was the bomb. i nearley died(couldn't breath). my brothers team is the raiders. it was just a sweet vicory for me..u should have seen my brother's face.. what a day..

I would have to say the marathon with SD, I still love to watch that game.

But... the Spike game was just great, that was burnt into my memory the second it happened. That was an all time classic.

The win over the Chiefs in the Wld Card Game when Stoyanovich hit a 59 yarder right before the half and Dan hit Clayton in the end zone on a ten yard out in front of the All-Pro Albert Lewis...

Yeah, great, great game.

That was wild card weekend 1990. Ah, Pete Stoyanovich....I can easily say the most disappointing game I ever saw on TV, or in person in this case, was the Divisional playoff game when he missed the game winner against SD in `94. It was a long drive back to Ventura from the Murph after that loss.

5. Christmas 2004. Hiring Nick Saban..

4. The opening game of 1984. The jury was still out on Dan Marino. We opened up on National TV against the heavily favored Washington Redskins.. at their stadium. Dan Marino was like a machine.. He threw 5 TD's passes and burst onto the NFL scene. I was so excited!

3. Dolphins beat the Bears to protect perfect season.

2. The Hook and Ladder play at the end of the 1981 Playoff game against San Diego. Miami had been hammered in the first quarter, going down 24-0. Shula pulled David Woodley in favor of Don Strock. On the last play of the half.. as the Dolphins were climbing back into the game.. with most of the field in front of them... Shula called the coolest play in the playbook.. it worked to perfection and the Dolphins went into the locker room only down 7 points. In the end... they lost.. but that one play.. that one moment.. I had never, ever been so full of DOLPHIN JOY!

1. 1971. Dolphins vs. Green Bay Packers. My parents took me to my first Dolphins game. It was the most unbelievable experience an 8 year old boy could have. Thirty-four years later I can still "feel" it. The stadium... the crowd.. I wish I could relive that moment again.

One of my favorites was against the Pats in 1999 in New England. I think we were down something like 17-0 (not sure if that's right maybe someone will correct me) and Marino got hurt. Huard came in and led us back and we scored with under a minute left to win 31-30. Absolutely amazing game. Another great game that year was at Indy when Marino hit Gadsden for a 40 yard bomb on 4th down. I remember running through my house screaming when I saw that. Man, for a crappy season that year had some good memories.

A personal favorite of mine was when we beat the Jets in the last game of the year in 2003. Why you ask? Well, that was the first Phins game I've ever been to in Miami. All other Dolphins games I get to go to are in New England and I usually have to just sit there and watch all the Pats fans celebrate. To see Miami win and celebrate with actual Dolphin fans was special to me
