after a huge win i just thought about how Jenkins came in at the end of the game, and I hoping the coaching staff is finally starting to realize how awful he is. I think he may get cut. I don't think anyone would take his contract or trade anything for him. Plus we HAVE to upgrade the lb corp. i hope it is something that gets fixed for us to take the next step. we have absolutely zero depth there. i think Ellerbe may be starting to get it. i didn't really notice him besides the PI. what are your thoughts?
 
It has to be the coaching. This is week 15 and he is still over pursuing., and all linebackers are out of position a lot so it's not just a Wheeler problem.
 
Actually, I thought Wheeler made some good tackles today. I'm usually very critical of Wheeler but he didn't draw my ire today. What plays caught your eye, OP?
 
just over pursuing. he just always looks out of position. but we definitely need depth

and there is aways a difference if Jenkins or Jordan at lb. wheeler is horrible in coverage. something he was brought in to upgrade
 
I think lb will be a primary target in this year's draft. We need a real instinctive, QB on the defensive front 7.
 
Yes, we need a Z Thomas type to control the backers, miss that.
 
I dont think he can back pedal or turn his hips and run with a receiver.
Its straight line on nothing.
 
And the dolphins are in trouble if jenkins starts.Sign a good or 2 LBs from a PS.
