I will admit I was one who was not sold Gase when we hired him.then we started 1 and 4 and it appeared we were looking at history repeating itself. As far as the Coach goes.
However this winning streak has got me on board with this coach and his staff.

Dave Wannstedt, Cam Cam, Sparano, Philbin, and maybe even JJ/Saban would have lost to the Jets last week.

I've liked a lot of things about Gase so far, but last week really made me take notice. I am impressed with what we've done in this four game win streak.

Let's just not embarrass ourselves vs the Rams.

I'm still cautiously optimistic. I don't mean to be negative, but I've been a fan of this team for too long.

I've been skeptical but today he won me over completely! Dude already made this season exciting for me no matter what happens next! Give him a couple off seasons to pick his players and prepare for years of payback! Dude has a vision!

Not just gase but the whole staff. They seem to be aware of their strengths and weaknesses better than past regimes in personnel. Two weeks in a row a disguised coverage leads to a huge pick. Also they learn from their mistakes---after abandoning the run earlier in the season they are now sticking with it in a way Lazor could never do. Plus the purge of underperformers and benching of their staring CB for a rookie takes balls.

I was actually pretty sold on him after he turned a 1-4 start into a 4-4 start. It showed he was finding his feet, figuring this team out, and finding a path to win. That he could do that at all based on where this team was, I was impressed. I didn't rule out a win today but didn't expect it either. After winning today and doing it with a lot of greatplay calls, I'm more impressed.

Gase has been successful since he came out the nut sack!

When he doesn't leave grant in with 3 fumbles (sorry a bit sour) that and those refs.

Honestly though, keeping his team on a game when the refs were this flicking terrible is a huge huge plus for me, go dolphons!!

Ps
I might be really drunk, big big dolphins group at the bar today, voice is gone

I'm so happy

I became a believer after he left Jay Ayaji back for the Seattle game. It's easy to support him during this four win streak. It's how he adjusts his game, how he handles individual players, how he handles questions and how he makes adjustments in the second half. His players did NOT give up after 1-4 and that means a ton. He is our "Shula" for this generation.

On his post game interview, he commented on Grant. He will keep in for next weeks game. This kid has talent and had a bad day. Giving up on him could destroy his confidence. Not the way a good coach would handle Grant. Jay Ajaji was different. Each player is different and that is what makes Gase special.

When he cut the two turnstiles after the Titans game. He showed balls and he showed that if you don't do your job then you will be shown the door. Once I saw that I knew we actually have a coach that doesn't care about when you got drafted or anything else. All he cares about how you are producing on the field.

When I heard we offered him an interview. This was the guy I wanted and I am glad its going well
