when do we play overseas next ?

does anyone know when the dolphins will play overseas again and when does this get scheduled ?

I would love to see the dolphins play on primetime and it is good exposure when we play overseas . the popularity of the dolphins has declined a lot in my area but i am not sure how popular we are accross the country.

here is where and when i would love to see miami play on primetime.

Miami versus the Saints in Japan on a thursday night

Miami versus the Eagels in Switzerland or Italy on a sunday night game

please note that I am not intending on having these games played in these countries in the same year.

It would be cool to see the Dolphins versus the Jaguars in England for a night game too.:up::up:

Miami played in London in 2007, don't expect an overseas game involving the Dolphins anytime soon. Think like 10-15 years from now.

Zing! That absolutely was like a 9th home game this year when we played the Bills.

It will not happen anytime soon because we just played overseas in '07 but I hope that the Fins will play someday one game in Germany :) that would be awesome, I'd be so nervous the months before the game and even if they'd lose I'd be happy just because I saw them for the first time in my life in real :)

And if somebody says that he hopes that the Fins will never play again overseas, I can't understand it.. Maybe this time we would not have a "home" game overseas but the international fans have so much passion for their NFL teams and I think "we" deserve it to see high quality football (no offense against the local teams) in real, now that they have taken the NFL Europa from us.. Some of the fans here love their team for maybe over 20 years and never have seen them in real and imo if the NFL still wants to make more money than any other major sport they need to go international and get more fans there..

In a chat in NFL.com with Commissioner Goodell he was asked what other teams would be playing overseas in 09 and he said that he was trying to work something out with the Steelers. Don'T think is going to happen because owners are really against this moves, they loose a lot of money by playing somewhere else.
