When do you guys think they will pick the new hc?

I think it will be by Thursday or Friday. I see it being Zimmer.

I think it will be after the super bowl unless they can interview the assistant coaches of the teams while they are preparing.

We really should at this point. This team desperately needs leadership and stability. Get him for 3 years to provide that and set a solid foundation with a path for a coordinator to pass the torch to. All those complaining how he can't win the big one, I'll take 9-7, 10-6, 10-6 and 1-3 in the playoffs in a second at this point. I think a coordinator taking his 1st head coaching job would be much more likely to have success in that scenario than coming in to this mess.
 
I'm hoping by the end of the week. I'm betting that whoever gets a 2nd interview gets the job.
With senior bowl practices coming up soon, Ross can't wait much longer.
They may interview Carmichael jr but that's prolly it for the search.
I'm hoping for Zimmer or Philbin at this point, and I'm really warming up to Philbin.
 
BEfore they make a mistake they should interview Bret Bielema. That dude is the young Shula. He would turn the culture around. He would take a sack of losers that we currently are and turn us into winners. Superbowl within 3 years. He's that good. He needs to be hired immediately. Be bold. No pale pastels. We musnt suffer through four more years.
